Anyone can download Barclays Bank online banking transactions. However, if you’re having trouble doing that, we’ll give you some guidelines.

Use your online banking from a web browser instead of a mobile app

LLOYDS BANK PLC

You can start by logging in to online banking, then select “view statement” on the account you want to view from the homepage, then you can choose to export the report, print, or order a paper copy using the options at the bottom of the report page.

HALIFAX / BANK OF SCOTLAND

The first thing you need to do is log in to online banking. From your account homepage, select ‘View statement’ on the account you want to view. Then, your current balance, available funds, and transaction history will be displayed.

Find your report history on every transaction in a 3-month period. Using the options at the bottom of the statement page, you can export your statement, print it, or order a paper copy.

NATWEST

Start logging into online banking, see the statement section on the left side, and click view, save and print the PDF statement and certificate of interest (up to 7 years). Then, select an account from the list to view existing reports. Select a statement from the list to view, click view statement at the bottom right, and then download bank transactions (PDF).

SANTANDER UK PLC

Log in to online banking, then click on a specific account, then click on the statements and documents link from the menu on the left. Then, the statement and document page will be displayed. Finally, click Go next to the statement you want to print, it will open in a separate window, and you can save the document.

BARCLAYS BANK PLC

Sign in to your bank’s website, and you will see the homepage, which will display your account information. Then, click the button that opens your transactions and a window will appear and you can see your last few transactions at the bottom of the small window where you can see the line that says ‘view all my transactions,’ then click it.

Sign in to your online banking account, look into your statements and then click the Print button located near the bottom of your screen. Then, enter the required dates (three to six months) and click Print. You can now either change the destination or choose PDF software, then print or save as needed.

THE ROYAL BANK OF SCOTLAND PLC

The first thing you can do is log in to digital banking, then you can select ‘statement,’ which is in the options on the left of the screen. Select ‘view PDF of statement and certificate of interest,’ then select an account from the list.

After that, select the time period to view. If it is complete from the period that has been displayed, then you can download it as a PDF by simply clicking the ‘download statement (PDF)’ link on the top left side, and when prompted, select the ‘open’ option.

METRO BANK

Sign in to your banking account and choose an account. Download a report of your most recent statement by clicking the button onthe top panel, or enter dates in the search field and click ‘Print Transactions’ below.

NATIONWIDE

The first thing you do is sign in and choose your account. On the left sidebar, select ‘Statement’ and then ‘Archive.’ Your statements will be available in PDF format for viewing, saving, and printing.

CLYDESDALE BANK PLC

The first thing you can do is gain access to Internet Banking. Then, in Internet Banking, you can view the last six months of transactions or 400 transactions for your checking and savings accounts, whichever is less. Then, in the top right menu, select the print option and save the open file to print a copy of your transaction.

THE CO-OPERATIVE BANK PLC

Access your online banking account. Select Statements from the left menu, followed by the required account. Choose a statement number, then click the ‘Print’ button at the top. Now, right-click your statement and select Save as PDF.

SAINSBURY’S BANK PLC

Access to your online bank account to read the summary of your account. Next to your account there is a drop-down menu. Use the menu to gain access to the account management tools and read your statements.

TESCO BANK

Sign in to your online banking or mobile banking app and choose the account you want to view. On the right panel, click ‘View your Statements.’ Enter the required dates and open the PDF files located on the main window. If you’re on mobile, pull down the transaction summary screen to access PDFs.
